Jock Itch is annoying, scratchy and sometimes embarrassing, especially when you are unconsciously scratching away at your groin in public. Just the name is cringe worthy. Wash your groin area two to three times a day. Even better if you can do so using crystal elixir or water.

Keep your groin area dry.
