A Crystal Layout is an Effective Remedy for Stress and Anxiety.

As well as wearing or carrying any of the crystals listed above or drinking an appropriate elixir, another way to deal with stress and anxiety is to use a grid or crystal layout. Relaxation is the best antidote to stress and anxiety and laying crystals on or around your body is a very effective way to bring relieve and at the same time provide some prized time to yourself.

This simple Amethyst layout is a very effective remedy. Lay down on something firm but comfortable. Take eight Amethyst crystals, points are preferable, but tumbled stones or small clusters will suffice and lay them about a hand span out from your body. (Point facing inwards if you are using points). Place one just below and between your feet. One above your head. One above each shoulder. One at each of your hips. One outside each ankle. Close your eyes and relax for ten to thirty minutes. You might like to add a Rose Quartz placed on your heart as a reminder of self-love and appreciation.

Alternatively, you could arrange them around your bed and allow them to do their magic while you sleep.

Selecting the best crystal(s) for your use in resolving stress and anxiety:

Use your intuition to help you decide which crystal or crystals will work best with you. Or you could choose based upon what you have read about each crystal and its specific influences. Alternatively, you could select the most appropriate crystal with your pendulum. Simply place your attention on the list above, one stone at a time and ask if it is the most appropriate for your use.

A Pocket Stress Relief Stone:

From the list above, choose a favourite tumbled stone and keep it in your pocket or purse and whenever you feel stressed or uptight, take it out and fondle or play with it in your hand until you feel some relief. This is a calming and harmless therapy that you can do as often as needed.
