Stay Cool and Healthy with Crystal Water

Stay Cool and Healthy with Crystal Water

Stay Cool and healthy over the festive season and throughout summer with Crystals and plenty of nice cool water. Keep up a regular supply of healthy, clean water to help keep you hydrated and functioning optimally.

Jugs of cooled, preferably not super chilled water charged with the power of some of your favourite, or specially selected crystals can keep you in ‘the cool zone’.

Making these crystal waters is a fairly simple process. Get a large glass container. Fill it with clean drinking water. If you are using tap water, it is a good idea to let it sit in an open container for about 24 hours before using it to allow the chlorine which is used to purify it, to evaporate out of the water.

Stay Cool

Our bodies are around 65% water. The percentage varies according to our weight and age. It has long been believed and demonstrated that water carries its own vibrational energy. Before we polluted our waterways and while we had had a great respect for water and nature we could depend on it to be a pure source of energy and healing. Water has a crystalline structure of its own and carries its own memory. It can also be vibrationally charged to carry a specific message, which in turn affects its structure.

The effect of energy, thought and intention on water has been demonstrated by the work of Dr Masuro Emoto who has made a lifelong study of water and water crystals. Water samples are exposed to music, prayer or even a single word written on the container holding the water and then super frozen. The resulting crystals are photographed using an electron microscope. The results are nothing short of astonishing and demonstrate considerable change in the way these water crystals are affected and formed.

Several therapeutic healing techniques are based entirely on changing the vibration or energy of the water we drink. The principle behind homeopathy is that water that has been consciously charged or changed will in turn affect other water molecules it comes into contact with, even though it is greatly diluted. Therefore by taking a few drops of energised water into the body, every cell should eventually be affected.

In ‘Your body’s many cries for water’ by F Batmanghelidj M.D. it is pointed out that many of our ailments can be cured or at least relieved with the proper consumption of sufficient water. Here it is stated that water is energetically vibrant and essential to the healing and regeneration of our bodies.

So, what better way to give ourselves a revitalising boost and help us cope with the festivities of the holiday season could there be than to combine the healing energies of water and crystals?

Making Crystal Water is easy.

While there are different ways of going about this we are going to stay with the easy choices. You may simply add your chosen crystal(s)* to a container of water and top it up as required.

You may then take this a step further and sit it outside in the sunlight for a few hours, or a day or two if you wish. This strengthens the transference of the crystals energetic vibrations into the water. It is a good idea to cover the top with some netting to prevent bugs and debris from entering.

*If you are unsure of the toxicity of the stones you have chosen, or whether they dissolve or are disfigured by submersion in water, then it would be wise to use one of these methods:
1. Place the stones in a glass container and sit this in the water. Be sure that none of the water enters into this inner container.
2. Suspend and secure some netting over the top of the container and sit your crystals on it, ensuring they don’t come into contact with the water. Then sit it outside for the desired time.

Drinking your crystal water.

Now that you have a supply of Crystal water, you may drink it as is, or you may prefer to enjoy it cooled down. Of course you may add ice cubes. Some advice is that it is best not to overindulge in this energised water, so it is recommended to intersperse it with regular water. Some others prefer to dilute it with equal amounts of plain water. Naturally you may elect to use whatever proportions you wish.

KISS keep it simple selector.

Keep your recipes for crystal water simple. Just use a small number of stones when making your crystal water and don’t try to do too much at once. We were once offered some charged water and told it would cure anything. Taking a small sip, it tasted harsh and strident on the tongue. Upon enquiring about its makeup, we soon understood the confusion we also experienced. About fifty different crystals had been mingled together, causing a confusion of energies, with too many tasks to be achieved. Like we were taught in yoga – you don’t want to overdo and you don’t want to underdo.

A glass of sobriety mix between alcoholic beverages might save you a morning after headache.

Sipping on some pick me up water can help to keep you at your best.

You might also want to try adding some crystal water, or even the stones themselves to some of your drinks. (Beware of toxic and dissolving stones). I enjoy colour matching crystals to my fruit juices for an invigorating blend. Be prepared for some of your stones to be marred by immersion in juice.
